Homeowners Communities Online provides a comprehensive package of services to homeowner associations and management companies:
Training – Our clients are provided with easy, step-by-step online instructions that walks users through the process of building and maintaining their websites. We also schedule webinars (interactive online instruction) for website administrators and can provide one-on-one training for an additional fee.
Support – We provide on-going email and phone support to your administrators and users, and are committed to responding to issues within 24 hours. All of our clients have access to the HCO Client Center. The center includes information and materials to help clients build and maintain their sites and facilitate homeowner use of the sites. We also want to hear from clients about technical questions, problems, comments or suggestions for enhancements and administrators can expect a response within 24 hours.
Master Communities – For larger associations that include sub-communities, we can create separate functional areas and content only visible to residents within the sub-community that includes a member directory, association news, event calendar, and classified ads. Expanded Setup Package - In additional to our standard set up package (which includes domain name registration, logo and homeowner data uploads, and posting of home page content), this service gives your association instant access to a full website. You provide us with the documents and other content and we will edit, post and format them to build your website.
Website Maintenance Services -You can also purchase expanded services on an hourly basis, at any time, for as much or as little time as needed. For example, if you needed help posting meeting minutes or newsletter items one month, but didn't need this service every month.
Upgrades and Enhancements – We are continuously looking for ways to improve our product. When new technology or client recommendations can enhance our solution, we immediately work to integrate these improvements into our core product. All clients are notified of these improvements as soon as they are launched.
