PRICING FOR MANAGEMENT COMPANIES

 
We have designed a pricing structure that is flexible and affordable.
  • Set up your website for a one time fee of only $150. We will register your domain name, upload your company's logo and/or image, post your home page content, upload your initial directory data, and train your administrator.
  • Maintain your website with a low monthly fee of $95/month that covers hosting, on-going training, and client and product support.  Plus - we will reduce this fee by $10/month each time you bring one of your homeowner association clients to us for a new website.  

Moving your site from another website service?

  • We will waive set up fee and first month fee.
Not in the market for a new company website, but still want a great deal for your associations' websites?
  • We offer significant discounts to management companies that use Homeowner Communities Online for their associations’ websites.

For those companies that manage smaller associations, we also offer alternative pricing based on a flat per unit monthly fee. Call or email us for a free quote.

Terms – We want to make it as easy as possible for your community to get started so our general terms are simple and clear. The initial term of service is for one year, after which time service can be renewed on an annual basis. Basic and Value package services are charged on a monthly basis, and can be billed on either a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis. Additional services are provided on a time and material basis.
